Simply reached out included photos of the damage and not expecting much asked if they’re was anything they could do to anything to help ease they pain. Or cover the cost of touch up paint. They chose to not respond. Waited a few days then messaged again and just asked for a refund. Still haven’t heard back from them. Buyer beware
