    I got the item quickly- it was as described-there wasn't anything to protect the item. It was advertised as new unopened unused. The box came ripped open which the seller admitted they did to "turn it off" - it was activating when they shipped it but that was not likely since you had to remove and replace the cube for it to activate. I paid extra to have it shipped. This is a Christmas present so presentation is everything. It wasn't working right I changed the batteries & seems to be ok for now
