Seller is very rude. They did not send the Power pack to the jacket I ordered with original package. Like they stated in their original tracking numbers The jacket sent me was supposed to be a 4xl and it fit my 115lb child. Then they basically called me a liar and keep blaming all the problems on me. When I literally measured my husband to figure out what size he needs. Very child like to deal with. Refuse to send me a return label so I can return product and get refund. unprofessional.

About the power bank, we sent the buyer two clients as the power bank is some special item , so it can't be shipped with the Coat via the same shipping way. but the buyer also got the power bank after several days.
