While the initial delivery was one caster short (only 35 were in the package). I messaged the supplier of the shortage, and they quickly shipped me one more caster to make up for the shortage. So I was/am very pleased with the supplier, and very impressed with the quality of the product, especially considering the very reasonable cost for 36 casters. I had purchased different casters at a good price from a different vendor previously, and the ball bearings kept falling out of the casters. Useles
