    The seller immediately shipped the item I ordered. Due to a problem within the carrier distribution, I have not received the item. It arrived at a local distribution facility and the local post office tells me that it arrived at the regional distribution facility, but is “stuck” there for some reason. When I reported this information to eBay and the seller, they quickly assumed responsibility and refunded my money. That is stellar customer service, and I will try to use this seller again.
