    Great, easy, convenient

    It's a great start to getting fit. If you are already slamming it at the gym or run often - this won't be a challenge for you. Easy to put together, simple to fold away and affordable. Mine squeeked at first - put a touch of sewing machine oil on the gear/wheel - now it is super quiet and won't wake anyone up at 5am.

    OK for the price

    Happy with what I've got for the price paid but it's definitely not gonna transform you into a bodybuilder. It's a kind of elastic that you have to pulled not a rolling system like the real machine. Perfect for getting warm before a run or like 20 min every morning to warm up but you'll still need proper gym equipment from a gym if you hope for more.
