    The score arrived very quickly and in mint condition. However, I had not read the listing properly and thought the seller had forgotten to put in the flute part (when the ad said 'FLUTE PART NOT INCLUDED' in capital letters!). The seller was an absolute gentleman and refunded the purchase (which I sent back) when I was the one completely in the wrong. He was very gracious about it, despite this reflecting badly on him. I must apologize again for my mistake and totally recommend this seller.
