They were due between 8 and 12 September, and it is now 21 September.This form apparently requires that I rate all the details before it can be submitted, since ‘SUBMIT’ remains grey; if so it is absurd that I am required to rate the item when I haven't received it. I've had to give it one star in order to try to be able to submit the form, and I've tried adding a photo. When I changed the rating to Neutral instead of Negative I could submit
