The gentleman explained they were a service. Send in your electronics for repair. Note - To list there has to be a items qty. available and qty. sold. They did happen to have what I wanted in stock. Paid the extra due to core charge, Rec'd 4 business days. Work beautifully!! Sent core back. Would absolutely use again!!
