Excellent product
Bought this to remove pistons from my 6 pot tokico motorcycle brake calipers. Once I had fathomed how to use them they worked great. Fiddly job as the pliers needed readjusting and reinserting many times but you just have to have patience and they will do the job. My pistons were not seized so can't comment on the pliers as regarding freeing them up. But saved me a trip to a bike mechanic and 50 or 60 quid. Buy something else
The rubber grips keep sliding off for starters. Secondly the length of the feet that fit inside the piston pot need to be longer because they are short it prevents free movement/rotation on my GSXR 750 1988. Unable to remove the two smaller pots so bought another tool. Suggest you pay the extra and buy a brake piston removal tool set.

Worth the money.
These pliers worked for me and released the pistons which had seized. So that makes them good value for money. They are well made and haven't dropped apart or bent or twisted. If your pistons are seized they are worth the 20 quid to try and free them off. Save the price of a new caliper

Great idea not great to use
I was excited to receive the piston removal tool, I attempted to use it on my 4 pot nissin calipers (which have remained serviced so they have. Never sized btw) unfortunately the gripping jaws rounded off almost immediately leaving me to rely on the not ideal method of piston removal using compressed air

My old sealed jaw snapped and reluctantly brought these draper after not being able to find half moon clamp off the end. But glad I did these are so much better still hard work but locking device actually works sealers thread stripped years ago on first repair and lasted 15 piston pulls these done 7 already and still mint condition. And looking forward to stripping another 14 pistons after swapping spare calipers on my bike I know there fit for the job!
