Description (size) of item was not accurate and while sellerr indicates he won't accept returns, Paypal requires that he do so if the item isn't accurately described. Seller refused to respond to my emails until I filed a complaint with Ebay asking that they get involved. I did get a refund, but the whole experience was troublesome and time consuming because the seller didn't accept his mistake and do the right thing initially. I wouldn't buy from him again.
