    Been using it...

    Having gains already and have just started usually. when mixed with a good hydro pump there's no overnight results but with a good regiment there will be longterm results I'm sure I'll buy it again...

    This stuff is just ok...

    It works but nothing spectacular. Seems to dry out during use...I would recommend using this and some message oil. That seems to be a good combination.

    good for Final Jelp

    When looking for gains you need to be jelping up to 300 or even more per day! I do 100 at a time threw out the day if I can. this is not what you want to be using in the shower it washes off to quickly and it does dry up out of the shower to fix that just dampen your hands and it will reactivate the cream I use this for my final jelps usually right out of the shower after doing a pump.
