I chose this seller ahead of others for the same product that were far cheaper because his stated delivery was much sooner than others. Despite the article being "sent" in Sydney to a destination only 2 hours away by road the article did not arrive for a further 7 days later than estimated for a local transaction. Tracking by his chosen couriers was hopeless. I contacted the seller twice and he then said that "delivery can take up to 8 days". This has caused much inconvenience. Falsely estimated
