    Verified purchase
    confusion from seller on the kit working with my 3018 Plus led to the need to get replacement parts. They did supply them after correspondence and additional charges due to the fact that the correct upgrade kit for the 3018 Plus was more expensive. This was reasonable. I rate the transaction Neutral due the need to get the correction, but in the end, they treated me well and correspondence was timely.
