The shipping seemed slower than it should have and no tracking info was provided, even after asking for it. When the cups arrived, one was broken and I contacted the seller. Again, no communication. I reached out to eBay for help and they contacted the seller. The seller issued a full refund, but still has not contacted me. I can only assume that they do not want the cups back. Not exactly the best or easiest transaction, but I'm not out anything with the refund, so no harm, no foul.
