The first order somehow got lost in the mail. I live in NY, and my furnace was NOT WORKING AT ALL. We reached out to the seller about the status of the shipment, (It was shipped the day i purchased it) But USPS somehow lost the package. The seller sent another out ASAP, upgraded shipping, etc. I wish everything i bought came from this seller. Best eBay experience ever. No joke. Fantastic.
