Not all of this item was received as it was not checked before sealing the box and the outer envelope by the packer of this item. Seller could not find the insert page by the time he was notified days after mailing upon my receipt of the item. Seller checked again and then provided a full refund of the auction payment. Thanks for making it right, but I would rather have the complete item which is very scarce to find nowadays after about 55 years for this paper item. I would buy from him again.
