Product as described and well packed. Was unable to connect via Bluetooth with the android app. Went to supplier physical store. They tried, but couldn't help either. Then after a week or so it connected to phone app and now connects every time. Go figure..... Very happy with the Oral-b IO-5. It works really well. Pity no battery indicator.
