Amazing keyboard, but a few learning curves, definitely not for everybody!

Engineered perfectly. This keyboard looks amazing, feels amazing, but as to any item, it will not be for everyone. Pros: Looks very professional and very minimal, good for looking like your job is professional if this is being used in the workplace. Small form factor, does not leave much of any footprint on the desk, lightweight and thin, so it can fit under something if you need to make more space on the desk. The Bluetooth connectivity makes it very versatile, using it from any position in the room, and has a strong connection with no visible delay. The layout is great, besides the directional arrows being a bit squeezed to compensate for size, the layout feels very standard and your fingers will feel like they are in the right spots. Maybe?: If you are planning to use this with a windows computer, be aware that if it does not have bluetooth, then you will only be able to use it by plugging it in via lightning cable. On the topic of Windows, some of the shortcuts that the keyboard uses are a little misplaced due to the main Operating System the keyboard is supposed to be ran on is MacOS If you are conditioned with standard membrane or even a standard mechanical keyboard, it will be a weird transition into the shorter travel distance offered by the keyboard, but in my opinion, it isn't a bad transition and it isn't too long before you are back to your comfortable stage. Cons: Price is a little weird with this keyboard, it isn't a bad value, but you can find other keyboards with a similar feel for cheaper, but not necessarily the engineering and the sheer quality of the keyboard. In my opinion, the retail price should be brought down to either $89.99 or even $79.99 to create the perfect value. The short travel distance isn't for everyone, and for keyboards, the typing experience really makes or breaks the customers mind. If you are used to full travel distance keyboards, which are typically anywhere from 2.5 mm - 3.0 mm to bottom out, and want to stay at that travel distance, this keyboard will not feel good at all. I use both a mechanical keyboard and this keyboard for my at home and at work stations, and it's a weird change, but I like both and don't have a preference as to what I need to have. There isn't an LED or way to tell how charged up the keyboard is, only an on/off switch, and the lightning port. Through MacOS, it's as easy as checking in your bluetooth settings how much battery you have left, but it is just a disclaimer. I also don't know why Apple chose to make the "power button" with an eject symbol on it, with the lack of CD drives in MacBooks and now the new iMacs, it doesn't make sense as to why they wouldn't just put a power symbol on it, so just a little bit of confusion there. That's it!

The product loses its connection every time I shut down my computer.

I will get right to it. I switched my Key pad and Mouse over because of the constant need for batteries. The Problem is that every time I turn off my computer The Keyboard and mouse lose the connection to the Computer. Kind of hard to log in like that. I have to use my old keyboard and mouse to log in then set up the magic Mouse and Keyboard. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

  • Great wireless keyboard for Apple devices.

This is an excellent wireless keyboard that will work on iPad Pro also. Bluetooth set up is very easy and fast. Everything works as should. I wish it had an option key to be a lighted keyboard. Also a powered indicator light would have been nice. Other than that it works as should. Still 5 stars for quality.

  • Works with a 2013 iMac. Like new condition. Easy to set up. No more batteries to buy.

Replaced old Apple WIreless keyboard for 2013 iMac. I plugged it in to begin charging it and then turned it on (Switch behind the eject/power key on the back edge). It connected without trouble via bluetooth. It's worth noting that this kb isn't officially supported for this iMac, but it's working fine. It was packaged very simply with some Fedex bubblewrap, but the underlying plastic wrap looks like Apple's work. Makes sense. Description said OEM refurb. I believe it. It looks and works like new. There wasn't a single scratch or nick on it. Not bad for a $30 discount. It's nice because it matches the Magic Trackpad 2 in size and style. Nitpicky thing, but Apple puts thought into these things. There's no more need to buy batteries, which the previous keyboard required. It recharges with a lightning cable. The photo shows the Model as A1644. I would buy it again, and I'm happy that all my keys work again. Thanks for a great deal.

  • Sleek, well-built, and stylish

The keyboard is incredibly well made and is constructed from aluminum, so it will feel much more durable and solid than cheaper plastic competitors. It also has very slim, tactile keys that feel great to type on and integrates seamlessly into macOS. My only minor complaint is that it is so incredibly thin that the hand positioning takes a bit of getting used to, but I don’t mind it.

  • Solid, reliable, and really beautiful design

The magic keyboard is really great if you own an Apple computer. Just throw in some batteries, press the button, and it'll show up for pairing. Connection is solid, and construction is more so. Key feel is satisfying and has better travel than the current magic keyboard, and is probably more reliable than my macbook’s butterfly keyboard. The key caps come off easily for cleaning too.

  • Great features!

First of all I LOVE Apple products and this keyboard/wireless mouse are exactly what I wanted. The set up was super easy and I the keyboard is smooth to type on. Still getting used to the mouse since it doesn't have a right & left side~learning curve! I also love that it has an on/off switch to save power.

  • Refurbished Apple magic keyboard 2

Product was Apple certified refurbished and u wouldn’t even know it, works great with my iPad 6th generations, small so great for travel, and very responsive. I’ve used other/off brand Bluetooth keyboards before and it lagged a lot while typing. Highly recommend and would buy again.

  • Great keyboard...small footprint...connect via Bluetooth or wired.

Great keyboard. Small footprint. Connected easily to my Macbook Pro over Bluetooth. Matches my Macbook Pro size and layout perfectly, so when I'm on the road using my laptop keyboard my fingers are used to itl Also work great in my dual monitor setup where I share the keyboard with a Windows laptop or my Windows desktop. I just plug into the Windows machine with a Lightening-to-USB cord and it runs the Windows and charges the keyboard in the process. Unplug and I'm back wirelessly connected to my Macbook Pro. Love it.

  • Seems good, but haven't used it much at all.

Came very quickly. Seems to work well, but I had to start using an ancient ("vintage" it's called) Apple wireless keyboard because my parrots loved to attack the aluminum types. The older keyboards are clunkier, but much more "solid." So I can't say anymore than that.
