    Nite Ize Figure 9 Rope Tightener... So good, I decided to purchased 4 more...

    I bought this for tying an anchor to my inflatable dinghy. Now I can increase or decrease the length of my anchor line with just one hand. I also use this to cinch my dinghy to the roof of my car, tie lumber and other junk on to my car roof racks. I have tie down straps, bungee cords, ratcheting straps and other gear, but this figure 9 is so much easier to work using just rope or paracord.

    Real handy little helpers

    These are very valuable and handy units, quickly turn a rope into a tie-down without knots. Fit in your pocket or clip onto belt loop to hold a light tool when needed. Keep a couple in car or truck, you never know when they might be needed. In town and remembered the need for a couple 2X4s, just tied them to the top of the car with rope and these units, no problems.

    Great for anchor rope

    We use this unit to hold the anchor rope for a 14' inflatable boat in a 3-4kt current in 175 feet deep water. This is quick and east to fasten and to loosen and holds well.
