I ordered 2 wks ahead (May 12th) & got notice that it shipped immediately but 8 days later (May 20) when it hadn't arrived I messaged I really need it by Fri (end of the second week) or I won't need it anymore. I added, "If they got tossed on a car seat or something I REALLY need them dropped in the mailbox." Seller just msg back "they have been mailed out." When they showed up late the stamp cancellation was the same day I'd had to msg to get them sent

(as in: "Unit has only one speed"). The unit completely does not work - it will not turn on at all. Seller insists 'its shipping damage'. I dispute this. Product is fully encased in factory packaging with lots of foam, so this is not shipping damage.
