The dimmer works as advertised, and can dim from 0 volts output to an output level equal to the input voltage. The instructions are in Chinese only, so you have to scan them and load the scan to Google translate to get the language of your choice. I have included the English version below. There is no button battery in the remote, so you will need to buy a CR2025 which is a bit thinner than a CR2032, but the same diameter. I like the dimmer, but it is not a standard size.
