      René, according to my original shipping all parts were included, including the TC O'Ring. The shipping weight was 12 ozs which would have been correct for all parts being included. Are you sure the TC O'Ring was not n the package as it would have been rolled up on top of the lip seals along with the cover to case O'Ring. But, if it isn't really there I will ship you another one, at my expense. Do you thing there is anything else missing, Let me know. Thanks, Dave
