After shipment did not arrive on the original date posted, the tracking was never updated. Not the seller's fault. When I inquired if the seller had an update, I received a very unhelpful, snotty reply. The seller's communication skills leave a lot to be desired. When it finally arrived the item description was accurate. I will never deal with this seller again.

Buyer sent harassing messages when the USPS was one day delayed on delivery. I let them know that tracking showed it was delayed and that the tracking number provided was indeed accurate. Buyer then proceeded to continue to send harassing messages accusing me of not shipping the item, despite tracking showing it in transit. When it arrived one day late buyer messaged me saying the item arrived as advertised. This buyer is no longer welcome to purchase from me as I do not tolerate harassment.

I received the item on time and it's exactly as pictured...kind of. It's broken on the back side into about 5 pieces. I think the item could've been packed a bit better in that the top portion (panther head) was well protected but the bottom wasn't. I can easily repair it, though. I'll gladly order from this seller again.
