Hi, The product arrived my US mail, had to drive into town (a pain) to the post office. When I received the box it was torn open (the post man took a photo) and when I got home and opened it ( I also took a photo) everything seems fine and the saw works great however the tool for adjusting the belt tension is missing. Some of the components were put in a USP service bag and pushed back into the hole, again, the tool for adjusting the chain usually stored in the handle is missing.
