My game arrived new, sealed in the plastic and was shipped in a box that protected the case from any dents or other damage. I really appreciate it. This experience came after Gamestop sent me a "new," open, used copy of this same game, incorrectly advertised with a "new" sticker effacing the case. I got a refund for that one. Ditch businesses like Gamestop and other "too big to care" companies, and buy from a reliable ebay seller like this one instead. This seller won't deceive you like that.
