The item is as described but the delivery was quite a shock. the parcel was laying on the ground with water penetrating the packaging to the item. Luckily the seller provided the transfer switch with a sealed plastic covering otherwise the switch would have been rendered useless. I don't blame the seller, but the delivery person certainly did a botched job.
