They also were a bit aggressive in their message when they did finally respond. The buyer simply changed his mind and left a negative review. I responded all the messages the buyer sent within a day or two. It seems the buyer assumed the item was to be shipped immediately and delivered in few days after an order was placed. We cannot always confirm orders right away and if you need items urgently then we need to be notified beforehand. Plz read all the notes on the listing before ordering.

The tracking record indicates the parcel was delivered on 14th of July and the order was placed on 2nd of July. Strangely, the buyer didn't wish to return the camera although they stated the camera was broken because they alleged the cap wasn't right one. We responded to their messages within a day or so. The buyers' comments above are completely inaccurate.
