We found a way to communicate with the seller, but one of the two items arrived with a chip, which I was not happy with because I paid quite a lot of money for it. I asked the seller for a partial refund for the chip because when I agreed to buy both items, they seemed to be in excellent condition. But the seller never got back to me.
