This is one of the rare places where the item is priced exactly right. Initially I thought it was a little expensive, but I asked the seller several questions about the refurbishing process which were very promptly answered. I went ahead with the purchase and was amazed when I received the pipette. This guy is not joking when he says he refurbishes them, I received a product that could have easily been brand new. Packaging was great, shipping was fast. I was 100% satisfied once I saw the item
