I have the card in a Dell R720 running Windows Server 2016. The device manager says the latest drivers are installed and the card is working properly. I have tried several sfp+ optical modules in the daughter card without success. I've tested the modules in a MikroTik 10Gb switch, a Dell 2724 Gigabit switch and a 1Gb media converter and they all work in those devices. I've checked the model and part numbers of the modules against those recommended in Dell's manual for the card but I can not get the card to establish a link with any of my switches. I've been working on this off and on for three plus weeks and I'm no closer to having it work now than I was when I started; it's been a massive waste of time.
