Lamp arrived in a plain cardboard box in bubble wrap.not the box illustrated..it also did not have a dimmer switch just an ordinary of/on switch..so I returned it..I ordered 3/5kg ..when I took it to post office they weighed it for the return and it came up at 2.75kg.I also paid for next day postage which I have not been refunded for..they also sent a label with no tracking for return it took a few days to refund my return minus the postage...that was after I contacted them...

Dispatched straight away, still not arrived 2wks later so after contacting seller they immediately dispatched again these items arrived in good time.
