Bought 1500 W unit, but they sent me a 1000W unit. It's fine for keeping a hot simmer on, unlike induction cookers, element stoves are so very slow at heating up say 4 liters of food, and 1000W units are much slower than a 1500W unit. The post office is 130K away (I go once every 4 or 5 weeks) - I asked for a refund or a replacement - they wanted to play endless email ping pong. Their mistake - not mine. Slow to fix. Difficult to deal with. Refund sought.
