    I ordered the product on November 27, 2024 and it never arrived, as of Dec. 18. The USPS tracking information was spotty, incomplete and not up to date. On Dec. 7 the seller responded to my contact seller within the eBay bowels that he got too busy to ship and if I still wanted the item, let him know. I'm not a regular eBay user so I didn't get the Sellers response till around Dec.16. Now eBay says I can't get a refund because the item has shipped, but I still don't have the item.
