The problem was is that I gave it a try at the cages and didn’t feel like it worked for me.  I was under the impression that I had 30 days to return the bat. I started the process, and even took the package back to the post office, but then got a bunch of rude and nasty notes from the seller basically calling me dumb for trying to return the bat.  I have done so in the past on Amazon. Good bat. Bad seller.
