    Seller sent an e-mail that he cancelled the order and refunded my money with no the explanation, did not let me know he was doing it, did not have my permission. I wanted the bear - not the refund. You back and protect the sellers no matter what they do. We have to go through EBay to get to the seller. I am furious and will never allow you or your sellers disappoint me again. I will never shop with you again. No one had the courtesy or respect to ask me what I wanted. Shame on all of you!

    The response from the buyer is totally ridiculous! On Jul 23 I sent buyer a message indicating that I was out of town and would ship item as soon as I returned. 2days passed and I didn’t hear from buyer. Seeing that she had a feedback score of 4 and fairly new to eBay, I sent another message stating i was processing a full refund due to delay in shipping and would contact her when I return to verify if she still wanted item and would complete sale then. Obviously I won’t be doing that now!
