Items delivered with insufficient screws and no instructions. Item not fit for purpose or as described cannot fit a 43” tv as described. Googled reviews on this bracket make & model. As you guess, it was poor! Contacted seller who evades the problem by asking a number of irrelevant questions, which I answered only to he asked another question. Poor item, poor customer service as a result poor feedback!
