I bought lavender sachets; on opening, the package was full of grey dust which choked us!. The sachets had barely any lavender smell and seemed to contain another unidentifiable substance, unless the lavender had been poor dried and rotted? I had to throw it away immediately. I complained and received endless emails from the seller who was difficult to deal with. They refused to give a full refund in spite of photos, and ignored my complaint. Very poor service.
