The item that was described was a Woolrich down alternative comforter. The item I received was a Sunbeam electric fleece blanket. I told the seller and they offered me a $20 refund. I paid over $76 for this item with the price and shipping, so a $20 refund is piddly and unacceptable and an insult. I do not leave negative reviews, heck I hardly leave good reviews, but this is 100% the sellers fault and they are trying to take very little responsibility to resolve the problem.

Love the doll. However, I'm disappointed in the seller because I messaged them twice to see if they could send to a different address because of porch pirates in our neighborhood. They never responded and sent it to our house. Luckily I was home when it was delivered.
