The pen never has the red light as mentioned in the instruction. It cannot turn off even I have long press on on/off buttom. The USDB cable head is obstructed the memory card which cannot be inserted properly. The USB cannot work on computer. I have warning sign when in insert USB of the pen into computer. I need to return the item and obtain full refund. I cannot find the reset buttom which stated in the manual. See Photos
