    Too runny, doesn't cure correctly

    This is supposed to be "liquid caulk". It turns out to be so runny that it never really cures properly. After a WEEK, it's still tacky to the touch. The directions on the tube say to squeeze until the "colored liquid" comes out. Did that, applied with small brush, never really hardens or cures. I had tried to find an older marine caulk product that was sold at West Marine - some kind of polyethyl black caulk, but this clearly isn't it.
