    2 step Lipfinity arrived on time but with no lip colour. Contacted the seller, who took a long time to answer, said they would sort a refund but nothing since then. I have sent messages asking whether they would send the full order or prefer to refund and if so, when? No response!!! I will not be buying from them again and recommend that others don’t either.
