5 stars, needs to improve on shipping time and container strength, not use boxes not suited for this kind of object, otherwise, well we all make efforts at hoping everything ends up ok, but sellers need to be more diligent in how its done, ok! MY bad, but us buyers have to let it be known that stuffs not up to par, ok!! Luckily only one item got out, but even that was preventable! Maybe!
