Received item quickly. Opened the item to find it was not new as there was leftover food left on the spatula that obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly, and it smells like curry. I contacted the seller immediately and they apologised. Gave me a $5 refund. Not happy as this item is advertised as new and it’s clearly not. Should have went straight to the thermo supplier. Lesson learnt.
