As described and fit for purpose. Soft rubberized clamp faces will not damage vehicle roof rails, which is what I wanted as cross bars will be put on and taken off as required, rather than left on permanently. No additional communication with seller required, so nothing to rate and therefore a neutral rating. Ebay's estimated delivery time was way off, did not allow for public holidays and Christmas closures. Luckily I was not expecting delivery until the New Year.

These machines are absolutely fabulous for ease of use and energy saving. However, we paid for a 4L machine and a 2.7litre was delivered.
We informed the seller and were offered a small discount. I could have purchased the smaller unit for $100 less and supplied photos of same with costings. A courier was organised and we had someone wait at the house for the day. Courier company was a no show. So machine was returned for full refund. The sellers communication was exemplary.
