Item arrived in good time, well packaged. All DVDs and case fine as described. There was no insert in the case with the episode synopses, despite it stating on the 'very good' condition criteria in the listing that this would be present, however this is a minor issue as I was only interested in the DVDs.

My description did not state that there was an insert included with the DVD. The buyer is gettng confused with the generic condition definition that eBay includes, which covers a broad range and also clearly states - "See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections."
