    Let's start off by saying that I am a fan of re-makes of movies and books. Especially if it was well done. While I wish I could say that I ranked this re-write highly, I'm afraid I just can't do it. The author who worked on this project, while he did a good job in what he did, just didn't reach the level of expectation I was hoping for. A similar re-write of the Keep on the Borderlands module was very well written and planned out. This one though, seemed to be thrown together using an odd assortment of monsters and scenarios. The books have most of the original module presented as it was with some extra detail of the rooms in the dungeon. But the 'exterior' portions written to add flavor to the whole module sort of went off the 'deep end'. I'm inclined to DM this module as two separate ...
