First I would like to apologize for my miss understanding how 1kg of gel looks like. I haven’t had any experience before and I did not have a scale to confirm that the product provided was 100% accurate.
The seller contacted me straight way to clarify the situation and after scaling the gel I can guarantee there was 1kg of gel in the package . Also the delivery was super fast. Thank you so much for your assistance and I am very sorry once and again for the miss understanding.

Hi, as you stated in your message to me, you had not actually weighed it, it just "felt light" I assure you this is 1KG as I weigh every item myself before it goes out, hence why I replaced this label with a 1KG label as it was labelled incorrectly. Please make sure to weigh items before damaging the reputation of honest sellers like myself as we stick by our products and if it had of actually been incorrect, we would have most definitely sorted it out for you asap if you had of messaged us.

Always a positive experience with this seller, good price, good quality product and tastes good. One small note, this arrived in 8x 250g packets instead of 1 or 2 larger ones, but I assume the 250g bags were the only ones in stock and already sealed and thus I got 8 of them to make the total 2kg, all good, just a lot of packaging! Cheers.
