The item arrived with damage caused by the shipping agent., which resulted in the unit being totally non-functional. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly and courteously. The ongoing communications were very helpful in explaining how the issue would be resolved. I was fully refunded the purchase price in addition to being provided with a pre-paid shipping label to return the unit to him. Despite the disappointment of the damaged unit, I was very pleased at how it was resolved.
