    These lamps were not as described, I specifically ordered 9W lamps, for a particular purpose (outdoor driveway bollards) as seen in the photo. The lamps they sent were only 3.6 Watts when tested on my bench power supply @ 12.0 Volts. (0.30 Amps x 12.0 Volts) = 3.6 Watts. I contacted the seller several times, asking them to supply the product I ordered, and they refused. They offered a small discount, that was unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
